Kevin Kennedy | General Manager
Hey there, I’m the ‘boss’ over at True North House Buyer, and I’m all about leading with heart and purpose. My journey is woven together with Carla, my soul mate, and life partner. We’re in this together, constantly pushing each other to achieve more than we ever dreamed. It’s a real blessing.
Our family is everything to us, and we’ve got three amazing, healthy kids. They help us see the world in a whole new light, finding joy and beauty in things we might overlook. They give us the daily motivation and the energy to aim for our best lives. Watch out, because these kids are going to make a positive mark on the world in the years to come!
But it’s not just my family that inspires me – I’m incredibly lucky to work with a fantastic team at True North House Buyer. They’re not just skilled, they’re hardworking, resourceful, and as real as it gets. They’re the heart and soul of our mission to provide excellent customer service.

Charlie Steele | Dispositions Coordinator
I’m a Toronto boy born and raised, currently living in Midtown. I have a law degree from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. My knowledge of legal systems, contracts, zoning, and planning has proven vital to my work at True North.
In my spare time, I enjoy writing and performing music (guitar and singing), watching and playing soccer and baseball, and cycling all around this great city of ours. I’m also greatly interested in geography and languages, and can speak a bit of French, Italian, and Scottish (just kidding, but you should hear my parents’ accents!).
Brenda French | Director, Special Projects
For over 30 years, Brenda was the principle of The French Group, a management consulting firm that specialized in strategic planning, change management, and team building.
Brenda has had over 50 articles published and presented at over 100 conferences. As a trainer and executive coach, Brenda worked closely with her clients to improve their shareholder value and profitability during a period of rapid change.
